CALM Psychotherapy is a private practice offering warm, individualized therapy for teens and adults.
I started CALM Psychotherapy because I believe everyone deserves a place to slow down, feel heard, and face life's challenges without judgment.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of the most difficult — and transformative — seasons of their lives. Time and again, I've seen that meaningful change rarely comes from having all the answers. It begins with feeling safe enough to be honest, explore what matters, and take intentional steps forward.
At CALM, care is always personal. Every client brings a unique story, their own experiences, and goals — and our work together reflects that. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we'll build the insight, resilience, and practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence.
CALM is more than a name. It's the experience I hope every client has when they walk through the door: feeling welcomed, understood, and supported.
I'm honored to be a part of that journey.
I work with teens and adults, holding space for the challenges you're facing while helping you better understand yourself, heal, and grow.
Therapy with me is supportive, practical, and tailored to what matters most to you. I believe meaningful therapy begins with the relationship we build together. That's why I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself. From there, we'll combine evidence-based approaches with practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.
The relationship is the foundation. You'll feel genuinely heard — not assessed, not rushed.
CBT, DBT, FBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy — adapted to who you are, not a rigid protocol.
Nothing is forced. We go as deep as is right for you, as slowly as you need.
Sessions build skills and insight you carry well beyond the therapy room.
Reaching out is often the hardest part.
Start with a free 15-minute phone consultation — no commitment, completely confidential.
I offer out-of-network services and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurer to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.
I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate mental health support. A limited number of sliding scale fee options are available — please reach out to discuss.
Yes. I provide therapy for teens and adults. When working with teens, I collaborate with parents or caregivers as appropriate while honoring the teen's privacy and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship. Family involvement is tailored to each client's needs and discussed together throughout the process.
A brief, no-pressure phone consultation gives you space to share what's bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no commitment required.
